Student Photo Release

The field in PowerSchool is (literally, including the question mark):

PhotoPermission?

What I did was, set it to "1" (boolean true, aka "yes") for all kids in the school, then went through and set it to 0 for the 23 whose parents had either specified "no" or who have not yet returned the form (so, must be assumed "no" for now.) The field can be found on the "Modify Info" page. So, if/when the ones who have not yet returned the form, DO return it, that's where to go to set them to "Yes."

To get a selection of these kids, search for

PhotoPermission?=0

Then you can, for example, print the "DIST Object - Student Photo Directory" report.
