Exporting Medical Alert Info

Because the fields for medical alerts are free-form entry fields, they often contain characters which might be misinterpreted as delimiters when opened in a spreadsheet program. The solution here is to use the "surround fields" option in the export, which encapsulates the data in quotes so that the spreadsheet program knows where the field contents begin and end:
